The layout of the environment is beautiful but it gets complicated towards the end. You meet some sage guy early on and he reminds me of Samos Hagai, the old man from Jak and Daxter 1 who had logs strapped to his head and feet.
The art style reminded me of Jak and Daxter from the PS2 era in the best possible way, as if there’s another way. Like a dog lover interacting with a puppy. The Rots look so cute! While some games have managed to negotiate shorter windows, these have generally been much bigger titles than Kena: Bridge of Spirits. The average length of these exclusivity periods has been 12 months. Exactly how long that deal is, we don’t know. The game will eventually come to Valve’s platform, but not until a window of timed exclusivity is over for Epic’s store. Kena: Bridge of Spirits will not be launching in Steam and will only be available on PC via the Epic Games Store.
